This is not a party about me. It is a party because of you. Over the last few decades, you've shared the ride with me. We rode motorcycles, played in a band, traveled together. We went from work colleagues to people I talk to every day. From a random family I met because we shared our language, to a family my kids call their family. My family expanded in wonderful ways, and Ashley has brought a new bunch of friends that continue to enrich our lives.
From the humble beginning in Brazil, to my early days in the US, to my most recent friends. You have been there for me along the journey. I honestly couldn't have made it this far without you. I am am very grateful for your friendship.
